Throughout the course of years, the “Tarantola della Bruciata” rice factory has developed some more products of which is stands as a warrant for origin, genuineness and quality.

For example:
- Rice wafers “Nonna Cesira” (from the family’s old recipe)
- Stoneground maize flour (of the old “8 file” variety)
- Saffron in pistils (first quality - intense fragrance).

... these products - and many more - are all available for purchase in the factory shop.
